The sky is his playground
Pip lives in a cosy nest above the valley. He keeps fallen feathers, leaves of every shape and a pebble Rex gave him. This little orange pterosaur loves taking off before he has decided where to go. A shiny bubble? He follows it. A banana-shaped cloud? He must show his friends. With Pip, the shortest route is rarely the most fun.
The explorer’s splendid hat
For a very serious expedition, Pip made himself a hat from an enormous leaf. It looked magnificent. It was also much too big. At the first turn, the leaf slipped over his eyes and Pip landed, poof, in the flowers. “Exactly where I meant to land!” he announced. Trixie adjusted his hat. Rex applauded. Pip took a bow for a daisy.
A friend who always comes back
Pip likes flying ahead, but never leaving anyone behind. If Rex looks unsure, he comes back to fly beside him. If Trixie needs a path, he takes a look above the trees. He is still learning to hear a whole instruction before taking off. Luckily, his friends can remind him of the rest. Especially when the rest is: “Watch out for that branch!”
A peek into his world
His favourite things are bubbles, breezes and costumes that almost stay on. His dream is to see a rainbow up close, then describe every colour to his friends. His favourite words? “I have a plan! Well… the beginning of one!” Guide Pip to the nest in The Red Ball. This time, let’s try landing without a bouquet on his head.
